Sourcing Coroplast Signs

If you need to purchase signs at the last minute, consider using Coroplast plastic signs. Coroplast is the brand name for a corrugated plastic material. This material comes on 4 x 8 full size sheets. You can purchase the sheets directly over the Internet, if you wish to save some money. You can also purchase these sign material in precut smaller sizes such as: 12 x 18″, 18″ x 24″, 24″ x 36″. Coroplast comes in a variety of different colors such as: White, Black, Yellow, Blue, Green, Natural, Granby Blue and JM Gray.  Keep in mind that if you want to use a custom color, you will need to wait a few weeks for delivery time.

Nonstandard colors include: Brown, Ivory, Orange, Red, Navy, and Silver. Keep in mind that if you need a nonstandard color, you should expect to wait 2 to 4 weeks for the material to arrive. Corrugated plastic signs are used in many different applications such as: political yard signs, outdoor garage sale signs, and general business signage.

You can airbrush directly on top of the Coroplast material, or you can use vinyl lettering as well. In certain cases, you can also print images directly on top of the corrugated plastic. This is a great option if you need a low-cost double sided sign. These signs are 100% recyclable, and can be cleaned with regular rubbing alcohol on a paper towel.

If you do not want to make your own sign, you could also contact your local print shop. If they are too busy, you can also from an online printer as well. Keep in mind that you will need to add a couple days of the time, to allow for freight delivery. Be sure to contact at least three different firms and compare prices, before you finalize your vendor selection. Depending on the time of year, your lead time will vary dramatically when you’re sourcing Coroplast signs.
