Everyone knows how terrible it feels when they have been treated poorly. In fact without coming right out and saying something negative about a business, I will always suggest an alternative should I be asked.

One of the most important considerations for every work at home or home based business person who wants to be making money and a residual income, is to maintain high standards of ethics for both themselves and there business associates – whether staff or related affiliates. Be your own boss.

Running an ethical workathome or home based business requires constant and consistent attention. Whenever you are unsure about your actions, ask yourself if you would appreciate being treated this way in making money. If the answer is no, then don’t treat your customer or business associates that way. Develop a solid code of ethics that will be the foundation of your residual income and home business.

Be honest and truthful in all of your home business opportunities and dealings. Not only will you fell good about yourself, but you will gain respect over the years from both customers and small business associates alike. The rewards go far beyond making money and extra income.
